Josh is deeply embedded in the Northern Rivers community and has an extensive knowledge of the region, its communities and the lifestyle it offers. He serves as president of a local community association, coaches with Lennox Head Football Club and has a son attending school in the Northern Rivers. He also owns and runs a small farm in the Lismore Shire, giving him first-hand experience of rural property, acreage living and the practical considerations that come with owning and maintaining property in the region.

Having lived and worked throughout the Northern Rivers, Josh has established strong friendships and community relationships, together with a wide network of local tradespeople, contractors and specialist professionals.
