Ballina is a beautiful coastal town with the Richmond River and North Creek flowing through. It is a scenic 30 minute drive to Byron Bay and Lismore with several other beautiful villages in between.

The town has amazing beaches, great fishing spots and cycle paths running 25 kilometres long. In addition, there is the Ballina memorial swimming pool and waterslide.

The Ballina Fair shopping centre is conveniently located in the middle of the town. There are several excellent schools, the Tafe, Bunnings Warehouse and much more for all your needs or wants.

Ballina has a weekly farmer’s market at Missingham by the Sea, where fresh fruit, vegetables and other items are offered. The vibe is strong, and a great place to check out, even if there is no need to make a purchase.

The Big Prawn calls Ballina home, as it measures nine meters high and weighs around 35 tonnes. The Big Prawn is one of Australia’s most famous big things and is worth a picture or two.

The Ballina Gateway Airport is conveniently located in the town, making it a fantastic holiday destination and a prime beachside spot to hold a residence flying in and out of.
